Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b optickou aktivitou t\u011bchto molekul projevuj\u00edc\u00ed se rozd\u00edlnou absorpc\u00ed levo- a pravo-to\u010div\u011b polarizovan\u00e9ho sv\u011btla chir\u00e1ln\u00edmi molekulami. V jednom z projekt\u016f je na\u0161e pozornost zam\u011b\u0159ena na zes\u00edlen\u00fd VCD sign\u00e1l fibril.
